Sigal Mizrachi

Sigal is a highly accomplished Human Resources leader with 20+ years of global human resources experience primarily in the medical industry. Sigal brings rich expertise in multi-faceted HR methodologies, with responsibility of the company’s human resources with an emphasis on developing and managing talent, cultivating organizational culture, implementing adequate infrastructure and guiding executive processes to meet organizational goals. 

Prior to joining XACT Robotics, Sigal was Vice President of Human Resources at ColorChip.  Sigal held senior Human Resource leadership roles at Syneron-Candela and numerous HR and Project Management leadership positions in various global hi-tech companies. 

Sigal holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Human Resources from The Open University, Israel.
